The most spectacular overland conveyor located in the middle of Sumbawa, a jungle island 1,530 km from Jakarta in Indonesia.
Main Achievements
To build the conveyors, several hills had to be cut and 9 bridges installed over deep valleys.
CBT supplied 7,000 m of a ST 5800 belt in 1800 mm, which transports gold and copper to the stock pile in addition to the in-plant belts.
CBT was in charge of the delicate installation of the 25 rolls used in the overlands using its CBT Belt Clamping System and its CBT Belt Winder.
